Processing times

As our products are handmade in small batches, please allow 5–7 business days for order preparation before dispatch. Larger or custom orders may require additional time.

Local collection days

We regularly travel to Louis Trichardt and Tzaneen and offer free collection at central collection points. Place your order and we’ll let you know when and where the next collection day takes place.

Nationwide courier delivery

We deliver throughout South Africa using The Courier Guy. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Returns

As our products are perishable handmade treats, we cannot accept returns. If anything arrives in less than perfect condition, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
